Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms apply to the SubRadar Chrome extension and website, operated by YOUR LEGAL NAME / BUSINESS NAME ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the extension, you agree to them.

1. The service

SubRadar helps you record the subscriptions you pay for, see your total spending and upcoming renewals, and log new subscriptions when you visit checkout pages. It is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not cancel, pause or pay for subscriptions on your behalf, and it does not connect to your bank.

2. Your account

3. Plans and payment

Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, overload or attack our systems, reverse-engineer the payment flow, or use the service for anything unlawful.

5. Availability

We work to keep SubRadar running, but it's provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Checkout detection is automatic and won't catch every payment page.

6. Limitation of liability

SubRadar is an informational tool. We're not responsible for missed renewals, charges by third-party services, or decisions you make based on the information shown. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the extension. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in YOUR CITY, India.
