Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

SubRadar is a digital product. Nothing is shipped physically.

Free plan

Available immediately after you install the extension from the Chrome Web Store and create an account.

Pro plan

• Pro is activated on your SubRadar account automatically once your payment is confirmed by Razorpay. This usually takes less than a minute.
• After paying, you'll see a confirmation page in your browser. Open the extension and your plan shows PRO.
• Pro is tied to your account, not your device. Sign in on any computer with Chrome to use it.

If Pro doesn't activate

If you were charged but your account doesn't show Pro within 24 hours, email SUPPORT EMAIL with the email address of your account and your payment date. We'll activate it or refund you in full.
